Agreement

By placing an order with The Aurabury you accept these terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy.

Products

Our jewellery is gold-plated 316L stainless steel set with American diamond (cubic zirconia). It is not solid gold and does not contain natural diamonds, and is not sold or priced as such.

We photograph every piece ourselves in natural light. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour between the photos and the item you receive are normal and are not considered a defect.

Pricing and orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹1 = INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and payment (or the COD advance) is received.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, or we cannot deliver to your location. You will be refunded in full if this happens.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for genuine damage, which requires a full unboxing video sent within 24 hours of delivery. The full conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Care and wear

Our pieces are anti-tarnish, but plating is not indestructible. Damage caused by swimming, showering, exercise, perfume, chemicals, or general wear and tear over time is not covered.

Intellectual property

All photography, product names, text and the crowned “A” logo on this website belong to The Aurabury and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order you placed with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
